Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that enables machines to understand the human language. Its goal is to build systems that can make understand semantically the text and automatically perform tasks like translation, spell check, or topic classification.

In NLP projects the customer usually contacts us to solve a unique problem in the fields of the written word such as taking documents and identifying keywords in the text, checking similarity or identifying document topics, and many more.
Our unique approach for NLP projects is to take a “subset” of the problem that has many samples of tagged data consisting of X (raw data) and Y as “results”.
In most cases, the customer has existing data points that were tagged manually by human employees.
In other cases, the data provided by the customer is not enough and we create a new data set of our own. This new data set is made by our tagging team based in Israel, which its expertise is in understanding customer rules and regulations for creating the X and Ys which we train our models with. Once we have the data set ready, we apply the regular approval of the POC and continue to the full product.
